Oracle Primavera P6 is the industry-standard scheduling tool for major infrastructure, data centre, and oil & gas projects. Deltime builds and maintains P6 programmes that are logic-linked, resource-loaded, and structured to meet the acceptance requirements of NEC, FIDIC, and major frameworks.
Baseline Programme Development
Deltime builds P6 baselines from first principles — activity coding, WBS structure, logic-linked networks, and calendar configuration aligned to the contract. Every baseline is built to be accepted first time, with full audit trails and a clear methodology note for the contract administrator.
NEC Clause 31 & 32 Compliance
P6 programmes on NEC contracts must meet the acceptance criteria of clause 31.2 or 31.3. Deltime structures every NEC P6 programme to show method statements, float, resource loadings, and a realistic completion date — so programmes are not rejected on a technicality.
Resource & Cost Loading
Where the contract requires resource or cost loading, Deltime loads P6 to the required level of detail — labour, plant, and materials by activity, with S-curves and histograms produced directly from the programme to inform cash flow and procurement.
Progress Updating & Reporting
Deltime updates P6 programmes on the agreed cycle — weekly or monthly — capturing actual progress, revising forecast durations, and producing the critical path output and reporting pack required by the contract. All updates are issued formally with a transmittal record.
